Answer customer messages on WhatsApp while you work

You are with a customer, on the road or in the back of the shop. Meanwhile five people write to your WhatsApp: prices, opening hours, delivery, a refund, a custom order. By the time you look, some of them have already asked someone else.

WhatsApp chat: Mastan says 5 customers are waiting, answers the 3 quick ones and shows the 2 that need the owner WhatsApp chat: Mastan says 5 customers are waiting, answers the 3 quick ones and shows the 2 that need the owner
Example. Business and names are fictional.

What you send

Nothing at first. When messages pile up, Mastan tells you how many are waiting and which ones need you. Your reply can be this short:

answer the easy ones, show me the rest

What Mastan does

  1. Sort the waiting chats. Mastan reads the waiting chats on your business number and sorts them into quick questions and messages that need a decision.
  2. Answer the quick ones. It answers prices, opening hours, location and delivery questions with the replies you approved in advance.
  3. Bring you the rest. It sends you the remaining messages in one summary, with the customer's name, the order and what they want.
  4. Draft, then wait for your yes. If you ask, it drafts replies for those messages. Nothing about refunds, discounts or new prices goes out without your approval.

The result

You answer two messages instead of five, and customers with simple questions hear back in minutes, not hours. In the example above, that is about 10 minutes of your time.

Works well for

Shops and online stores, salons and clinics, print shops and workshops: any business where the same few questions come in every day.

Before you start

A private Mastan runs on its own server and connects to your business WhatsApp number. You decide which answers it can send on its own and which ones wait for you. Pilots by invitation.
