Answer customers after closing time, on WhatsApp

Your salon closes at 8. People keep writing until midnight: how much is a cut, are you open on Saturday, can I book for the weekend. If nobody answers until the morning, some of them book somewhere else.

WhatsApp chat: in the morning Mastan reports 7 messages from the night, 4 answered, 2 bookings confirmed and 1 discount request for the owner WhatsApp chat: in the morning Mastan reports 7 messages from the night, 4 answered, 2 bookings confirmed and 1 discount request for the owner

What you send

Ask in the morning, or let Mastan send the summary at a time you choose. Decisions take one line:

What Mastan does

  1. Answer the routine questions. Overnight, Mastan answers prices, opening hours and location with the replies you approved.
  2. Book into the slots you allow. It books appointment requests into the free slots you have opened and confirms them with the customer.
  3. Hold anything unusual. Discounts, group bookings and complaints wait for you. Mastan tells the customer you will reply in the morning.
  4. Send one morning summary. When you start the day, you get one message: who wrote, what was answered, what was booked and what needs you.

The result

You start the day with bookings already in and one or two decisions to make, not a full inbox. In the example above, 7 people wrote, 6 were handled and 1 waited for you.

Works well for

Salons and barbers, clinics and dentists, restaurants that take reservations, repair shops: any business people try to reach after hours.

Before you start

A private Mastan runs on its own server and connects to your business WhatsApp number. You set the hours it answers, the slots it can book and what always waits for you. Pilots by invitation.
