*Usage limits apply. Chat uses very little. Images, documents, research and video use more. Mastan tells you how much of your month you have used, and again when 25% and 10% are left. The 50% off applies once per customer.

Questions
What happens when my usage runs out?
Chat keeps working. Bigger jobs like images, documents and research wait until your usage renews, or you can upgrade.
Does Mastan ask before big jobs?
Only when a job turns out big. If one job uses more than a quarter of your month, Mastan pauses and asks before it continues.
When does my usage renew?
Every month on your own date: the day you joined, or your payment day once you pay.
How do I pay?
By card. Prices are in US dollars, and at checkout you can pay in your own currency or in dollars. Upgrades start right away.
How do I cancel?
Anytime in the chat. Your plan runs to the end of the paid month, then you move to Free and nothing is deleted.
Can I get a refund?
In the EU, the UK and Turkey you can get the unused part back if you cancel within 14 days of starting a paid plan.
Who can use Mastan?
Free is open from 13. Paid plans are for people 18 and older.
Is anything always answered?
Yes. Questions about safety, billing, cancelling and deleting your data are answered even when your usage has run out.
