Toghrul Rzayev
Founder
Toghrul brings around a decade of experience in technology and operations, spanning global IT services and major international events. He has managed ticketing and access control for Formula 1 races, supported mobile ticketing for a FIFA World Cup, and led global IT service desks with about 80 agents in eight languages.
His work centers on making complex operations run better: connecting people, processes and technology, leading teams, and taking digital systems from first requirements through development, testing and launch.
Mastan grew out of that same practical curiosity. Toghrul wanted an AI companion that could help with everyday tasks, not just answer questions. Using AI-assisted development and open-source technology, he began building one for himself.
What started as a personal project spread to family, friends and colleagues. Their everyday use keeps shaping Mastan: what it helps with, where it falls short, and what needs improving. He shares what he learns along the way in Notes.
