Private Mastan for teams
Mastan is an AI assistant you message on WhatsApp or Telegram. A private Mastan can also join your team's Slack.
A private Mastan runs on its own server, set up for one team. Your messages and files stay on that server.
Your team uses the chat apps it already has. Nobody installs anything new.
Answer enquiries
Customers write to your number. Mastan takes their details, answers with the replies you approved, books appointment requests and hands the chat to a person when it should.
Hello, can I book a cleaning next week?
Yes. We have Tuesday at 10:00 or Thursday at 16:00. Could you share your name?

Thank you, Emma. I have sent your request for Thursday at 16:00 to the front desk. They will confirm within the hour.
Reminders and follow-ups
Ask Mastan to remind a colleague, check back later and tell you if nothing happened.
Remind Daniel on Sunday to send the quote to the hotel. If he has not replied by Monday noon, tell me.
Done. I will message Daniel on Sunday at 9:00 and check with you on Monday at 12:00.

Gmail and Calendar
A private Mastan can read your Gmail and Calendar and work with Docs and Sheets. By default it writes drafts and sends nothing. Your team can turn on sending if it wants Mastan to send email too.
What do I have tomorrow? Did the supplier reply about the invoice?
Two meetings: the weekly review at 10:00 and a call with the landlord at 14:30. The supplier replied this morning. They will send the corrected invoice on Thursday.
Add a reminder for Thursday and draft a short thank-you.

Pilots by invitation
We run a small number of pilots at a time. Each pilot starts with one job, such as enquiries or reminders, and adds more once it works.
